Welcome to Christ the King!
Pastor Cahill begins each worship service by saying "Welcome Home! No matter where you’ve gone this past week, or where you lay your head, when the children of God (like you and me) gather in the house of God (like this church) around the table of Jesus – even if this is your first time here – we are God’s family, and this is Home."

By the way, here are three things you might like to know:
- We're sort of casual here, so you don't need to dress up like you're going to a wedding or a funeral. Please wear clothes that are comfortable for you (but not like you just came from yoga or from cleaning the barn, thanks)
- We've always loved our children here, and even though we don't have as many now as we used to, we still treat them as part of our family. So, Sunday School is a separate time from the worship service; we don't have "children's church" during the worship service; and we all do some responsive / repetitious praying so that the littlest ones (and maybe some older ones who aren't reading as well as others) can join in.
- We've started passing offering plates through the congregation as part of the service, like we did before the pandemic. If you didn't bring an offering with you, that's OK - don't panic when the plate comes to you - just calmly hand it on to the next person.
